About the Department
B.Com (Computer Applications) is a three-year undergraduate program that combines commerce subjects with computer skills. It is designed to give students a strong understanding of accounting, finance, taxation, and business management, along with practical training in computer applications such as MS Office, C, C++, DBMS, and web technologies. To integrate commerce education with computer technology. To develop students’ knowledge in accounting, business operations, and software applications. To prepare students for careers in computerized accounting, office automation, data handling, and e-business. To lay a foundation for higher education (M.Com, MBA, MCA) and professional certifications like CA, CMA, Tally Expert, etc. To prepare students for self-employment and entrepreneurship using digital business platforms.

Eligibility Criteria:
Higher Secondary pass with commerce as one of the subject.
(Or)
Higher Secondary pass with Commerce/ Accountancy/Economics/Computer Science / Business Mathematics/ statistics as one of the course and have not studied Mathematics should undergo a bridge course on Mathematics for a minimum duration of 15 days.
